GAME AZTECS VS. UTAH STATE (7:30PM KICKOFF)
(MASSED-BAND PERFORMANCE AT HALFTIME)

3:00p

Busses enter MAIN GATE and park in H4/H3 of the lot (not any of the J5/J4/J3/J2 areas, as they are designated for student tailgate). Qualcomm Practice Field

3:30p  Rehearsal downbeat - warm-up and tune on your own – Bb scale full ensemble
(Drumline and Guard rehearsal in J4/J5 – report there at 3PM please)
3:40p  Winds play through the 3 tunes in an informal block
3:50p   Sectionals (run by our Marching Aztecs Section Leaders) 
4:15p       Begin setting block staging by school 
4:30p    Run through tunes in the halftime set (with all drumline and all guard / drill teams)
4:40p  Learn field entry/exit procedures + Full show run-throughs
5:00p     Rehearsal Concludes - MA Drumline/MA Guard to E4 for Warrior Walk
5:05p   HS’s walk/bus to M2/N2, near East Tunnel
5:15p   Pizza lunch (provided by the Marching Aztecs)
5:45p    Begin to dress into uniform
6:00p     Begin seating HS Bands in stands through east tunnel (each band will have a guide from SDSU)
~7:12p   Marching Aztecs Pregame Show
7:32p   Kickoff (SDSU vs. Utah State)
~8:45p  Halftime Massed-Band performance

You will receive 1 complimentary ticket per 25 students for chaperones, that can sit with your Band. You and your staff will be wrist banded for stadium and halftime-only field access. All parents and boosters must purchase a ticket, and enter the stadium through regular gates.

NOTE: Bus / equipment truck parking is free. PRIVATE VEHICLES will be charged $10 per vehicle, UNLESS you arrive by or before 2:00pm.

Your Bands will be sitting in Field 31 through Field 39, rows 1-12 ("home" sideline). (The Marching Aztecs sit in Field 40 and 41). We will be performing to the "home" sideline.

Seating for your Bands this year will be organized by your field staging area. You will all have Marching Aztecs guides with you; just let them know when you are ready to head down the tunnel to get seated.
