A MESSAGE TO OUR VOLUNTEERS FROM CAP
(WITH SIMILAR SENTIMENT ECHOED FROM HOLLY, BRYAN, TONY, KP, AND EVERYONE WITH WHITE CHERRY ENTERTAINMENT):

Dear Indianapolis Volunteers,

Working with volunteer crews during the last 7 Super Bowls, and assorted other events along the way, I have probably experienced the group work ethic of 8,000-10,000 people total. The Indianapolis Volunteers were easily the finest.

Your immediate grasp of the tasks at hand, your attention to endless stories and orange peel tricks, the manner of self-policing your own trash, your reactions to constant change and World Championship Level Standing Around, combined to make you a stellar group, indeed. You did a fantastic job and made for a smooth, professional, real-show-business gig

Everyone connected with the show, from the NFL, the Colts Management, the RCA Dome Staff, White Cherry Productions, John Mellencamp and his road crew (even John’s lovely wife, Elaine), the union stagehands, and technicians from every department, made a point to comment on your simply amazing job.

Hopefully, your memories of our time together will recall several cogent points;

• It is good to get away from your insular, 21st century technology “bubble” now and again.
• The best way to accomplish a difficult thing, is to stand, shoulder to shoulder with other human beings, and depend on the bond between you to persevere.
• Also, the value of stories.... remember what they mean to learning.
• People (and our relationships with them), not things, are what life is about.

After our shared experiences the days before and Thursday last , I have come to realize the Colts are not the only Champions in town.

Thanks to you all, and please know, We are crazy about you!!!!

We are looking for approximately 600 local men and women in total. No previous production experience is necessary.

The STAGE, LIGHTING, and AUDIO CREWS (200) will be trained to roll out and assist in the assembly of the
modular staging and lighting units and audio (speaker) carts for the production. Again, no previous production experience necessary. As a "Crew" volunteer you will become an integral part of a large scale rock-n-roll production; an experience you'll never forget!

The FIELD AUDIENCE (400) will be placed in predetermined positions
in front of our stage to become part of the visual presentation of THE SHOW.

NOTE: BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE OR STAGE/AUDIO CREW DOES NOT ALLOW YOU THE OPPORTUNITY
TO WATCH THE GAME LIVE INSIDE THE RCA DOME, OR ACCESS TO TICKETS TO THE GAME.
